The Positives and Negatives of ideas that step away from gang culture

As a group we felt that we were coming p with a lot of gang/kidnap related ideas and so we thought we should come up with some different ideas so we have more of a choice when it comes to deciding our final story for the trailer. Here are five different ideas i cam up with and the pros and cons of doing each one.

Idea one: A girl has had a family member die and suffers from depression

Idea two: In a relationship with a violent boyfriend until it goes too far for her resulting in her fighting back

Idea three: Being stalked by an unknown person through social media

Idea four: A girl is being haunted by herself; her emotions are portrayed as people who bully her.

Idea five: Bad upbringing and hanging around with the wrong people, pressured into violent actions, drug abuse, alcohol abuse. Although this is slightly related to gangs we can go down a on gang route and just the violence and decline of one person.
