The first film related text that appears and it shows an award that the film has won. The award has been won during the Cannes film festival, and is instantly recognisable. This therefore allows the viewer to make assumptions about the film, and they can then expect good things from the trailer/film.

More award nominations and awards are shown that come up individually. The typography uses the colour of a bright blue, allowing connections to be made from the text colour and the film title 'fish tank' - allowing the viewer to make the connotations water link to the film.

The montage begins to start, and there is a subtle change in colour with the text. The once bright blue text that once referred to good things that have come out of the film, has now shifted to a darker and dirtier colour of green, this changes the mood completely, as the darker colour foreshadows the film's storyline.

The text appears to get bigger, but still keeps to the murky green that is being used to tell the story.

The combination of these two pieces of text, show the continuation of the story that is being told primarily through the text, with the aid of the visual images. The typing of these pieces of text is like 'All around her' was typed, but then it came to an abrupt halt, and then 'Life came rushing in' appeared in place where it should be, in line with the other piece of text.

What I found effective was the way the text reflects in the light, mimicking the water that is represented in a 'fish tank', and the reference to an 'academy award winning director' making the title of director more effective.

Once happy references to critic's reviews have been made, we see the reflection in the water is a lot clearer, and the bright colours are once again used.
With the text placed upon the actresses face, we are able to see which actress plays which character. The typography still remains very similar, and the size is made bigger for the actors/actresses surname, this way the viewer can tell quickly if they recognise anyone in the film.

Fish tank's typography is darker in the title, and is harder to see against the black background, and it's much bigger than the text before, making it memorable.

All the production companies, and relevant people that have influenced/produced/created the film are included in smaller writing, but still in the dark typography. The transition time for the text is just enough to make everything readable, and also it's clear against the page.
