Adding Transitions
- Adding transitions is extremely important, especially in an urban drama trailer as you only have a short amount of time to create a strong effect, so transitions are an effective way to do so.
- Firstly I opened up the transitions menu to access the range of transitions available
- I knew which transition I wished to use as I knew what effect I wanted this transition to have on the trailer
- This image gave me an example of how the transition would appear on screen, by watching this I now knew that this was the correct transition for me to use
- I dragged the transition across to the clips which I wished to merge using this transition and the final results are below.
