Typography - Graffiti Wall

I decided to use the text Photoshop tutorial that I previously used as I found it to be effective.

I first set out to find a picture that we could use for our typography. I decided that the best image for our urban drama post would be to have a graffiti sprayed wall. This will allow the connotations of the urban drama genre to be known almost instantly by the viewer.

I then set out to fine a bold font style that also created the urban vibe. I settled with Reprise Stamp Std this made parts of the text become almost scratched out.

To edit the picture on Photoshop I had to free transform the picture to make it much larger on the page. I also had to place the text where the image came through effectively.

Following on from the last time I used this tutorial, I created more effects on the layer that made the text look deeper.

I then saved the image as a JPEG so that we can Photoshop this onto our final poster effectively.
