Shank Website Deconstruction

The first thing you see on the website is the picture. the picture has been placed as the main focus to show the audience that the film will be character orientated. The photo is an action shot of the main character running away from the huge amount of people behind them. 

The bright red title stands out against the dull colours making your eyes turn to the title after the main image. Unlike most websites the tag line is put above the title so it is not the main focus. In our website we will be following the conventions of urban drama websites and put our tag line below our title.

This website also includes quotes and rating form magazines. they are placed at the bottom of the website. I think this is a good thing to have for  a website but we will not be able to do that due to the fact we are only making a teaser trailer for the actual film.

 This website does not have the trailer on the front page of the website which is something we will be having. Instead of having the big picture as the main focus of our website we will be replacing it with our trailer. Our trailer will start automatically when the website is opened.
